French Toast Casserole w/ Blueberries

12 slices day old Fr bread, crust removed. Cut into 1" cubes.
2-8oz cream cheese, cut into little marble-size squares
Place 1/2 of bread in greased 9x13 pan. Place cream cheese over, then blueberries, then rest of bread.
Beat 12 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1/3 c. maple syrup. Mix and pour over bread. Cover with plastic and let set over night. Bake 375 for 25 min coverede, 25 min uncovered.

For Blueberry Casserole: add 1/2 -1 C. blueberries before baking and the following sauce.
Sauce: 1 C. sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 C. water
1/2 -1 C. blueberries
Boil 3 minure over med heat. Stir constantly. Stir in blueberries. Simmer 8-10 min till berries burst. Add 1 Tbsp butter. Pour over hot casserole.
