Loaded BBQ Pizza

1 pilsbury pizza dough
1 red onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
2 chicken breasts, shredded
3-4 C mozzarella cheese
1 bottle bbq sauce
bacon crumbles

Dough requires baking halfway, then topping, then cooking more. I just bake for about 5 minutes, then add toppings, and continue cooking. I also do chicken in the crockpot because it shreds so much easier, then drain water, shred and add a little bbq sauce. Top pizza with lots of bbq sauce, then lots of toppings. yum yum yum!!!

  1. We made this last night and it was YUUUUMMMMY. I really liked the green pepper addition. We skipped out on the bacon, though.

    The leftovers were even awesome.
