4 c. steamed rice
4 c. chicken cooked/cubed
6 c. hot broth thickened/ or cr chicken soup
3 tomatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. peas, cooked
sliced olives
1 cup celery sliced or diced
3/4 c. gr onion
2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
2 c grated cheese
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 green pepper diced
Layer all on top of rice.
