Bowtie Spinach Salad

8 c. spinach
8 oz pasta cooked and cooled
1 bunch green onion choppede
fresh parsley (optional)
1 red or yellow pepper chopped
4 chicken breasts cooked and shreaded (optional)

Sauce:
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. soy
2/3 rice vinager
6 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

*I have also added extras like small broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, water chesnuts, snow peas.
