Danish Crepes

4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
¼ c. shortening or butter (melted)
1 c. water or milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar (OPTIONAL)

Combine all dry. Beat eggs and add to mix. Add liquid gradually. Cover & set for 1 hour.

Fill with:
- Sliced bananas, chopped walnuts, maple syrup
- Fresh fruit slices, yogurt or whipped cream or cream cheese
