Cilantro Lime Rice

1 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. margarine (optional)
1 clove garlic minced
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/8-1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

Combine rice, marg, garlic, lime peel, pepper, and broth in pan. Bring to a boil; stir. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed. Stir in cilantro. Add sugar if you want sweeter rice.
