2 Tbsp. cornstarch
½ c. + 2 Tbsp. water
½ tsp. s & P
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Combine and toss with 1 pound stir-fry beef.
3 Tbsp. Oil
2 c. broccoli
1 small red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
Stir-fry meat in 2 Tbsp oil; remove. Steam veggies a little and then stir-fry. Add all to pan and add rest of ingredients. Serve with rice or noodles.
