1 2/3 c. hot water
1 pkg (6oz) Stuffing mix
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2/3 c. OJ
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Moisten stuffing mix in water. Mix juice, sugar and butter then pour over chicken in baking dish. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 min at 400.
* I had some stale craisins so I added them to the dish before baking and it was really good.
* I made jasmine rice to go with this. Instead of 2 cups water, I used 1 cup water, 1 cup oj. So it was orangy. It was good
