12 Flour Tortillas
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 pint Sour Cream
Onion Flakes
4 oz. Green Chili
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Mix together till smooth and spread on tortillas and roll up. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Serve with Salsa.
