Salmon fillets
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp veg oil
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 450F. Place fish in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Drizzle with syrup. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. While fish bakes, warm oil inskillet over medium heat and stir in walnuts. Toast for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Spoon over fish.
