French Bread

1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 ½ c. warm water
6 c. flour

Put flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in mixer. Add oil, then water. Mix well. Let set for 10 minutes and mix again. Repeat every 10 minutes for 1 hour. Bake immediately at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
