4-6 chicken breasts
¼ lb. butter
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. Lemon jc.
1 Tbsp. Orange Peel (optional)
3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 c. Orange sections (optional)
S & P chicken and coat with flour. Sauté in butter till light brown. Remove from pan. Add juices and sugar to pan and deglaze (stir to get particles off bottom). Lower heat and return chicken to pan. Cook till tender, about 10 – 15 minutes. Add orange sections and garnish with parsley.
