From Chalonn Redd
Cook a 3lb roast in 3/4 c. water with 2 Tbsp. season salt and 1 Tbsp garlic powder.
Add more water and cook all day on high in crock pot.
When done: Drain the juice but save it. Shred roast with forks and take off fat.
Use 3/4 of regular size bottle of KC Masterpiece bbq sauce.
Then add juice of roast if needed to moisten roast.
Serve on hamburger buns.
